Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in system implementation or similar roles.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs and APIs.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical solutions for non-technical users.
• Familiarity with Internet/Intranet architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with B/Ds to map workflows and translate requirements into GenAI or automation use cases.
• Prototype rapid proofs-of-concept using MaaS platforms and open-source models.
• Design and test prompts, retrieval-augmented generation to minimize hallucinations.
• Integrate data pipelines with central AI infrastructure and APIs.
• Prepare user guides and run trainings for change management.
• Pivot prototypes based on live feedback from stakeholders.
