Job summary

You will architect end-to-end GenAI solutions, set standards for RAG and prompt engineering, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable rollouts. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive adoption and secure privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related subjects
• 8+ years' experience in system implementation, application development, workflow automation, digital transformation, or technical consulting
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in GenAI technologies, LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with IT systems, digital tools, and automation platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Proactive learner with a passion for emerging GenAI technologies
• Ability to deliver practical solutions under tight timelines
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with B/Ds to identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable GenAI and automation solutions
• Build clear project pipelines and technical roadmaps based on feasibility and value
• Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions using tools such as Work Buddy, Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, and MaaS platforms
• Define standards for RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automation integrations
• Mentor engineers, oversee execution, and enforce best practices for scalable rollouts
• Ensure adherence to government standards on security, privacy, and responsible AI
• Drive adoption through training, demonstrations, documentation, and feedback loops
