Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced FX professional to collaborate with Treasury Product Development & Marketing and distribution channels to deliver FX products to corporate clients. You will evaluate market conditions to identify growth opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

You will manage client negotiations and drive FX product enhancements across digitalization, people, systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in FX markets with track record in corporate client coverage, deal structuring and revenue generation.
• Holder of ECF-CRM and HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with strong risk management skills.
• Strong sales and service orientation with leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Treasury Product Development & Marketing team and distribution channels to enable smooth, accurate and efficient delivery of FX products to the Bank’s corporate clients.
• Evaluate market environment and trend to identify business opportunities and growth engine.
• Ensure all activities comply with external regulations and internal policies, including compliance and credit risk management.
• Manage client negotiations.
• Actively participate in projects to drive enhancement on FX products and services across digitalization, people, system, process, etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in FX markets, with a proven track record in corporate client coverage, deal structuring, and revenue generation
• Holder of Enhanced Competency Framework on Credit Risk Management (ECF-CRM) and passing of HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8 preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with strong risk management skills
• Strong sales and service orientation with good leadership, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
