Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is recruiting a Fund Accounting Manager for a multinational client listed in Hong Kong. The role handles the full fund accounting cycle, NAV calculations, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with standards and client guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fund accounting or related areas with strong communication and the ability to work independently. A PLUS is fund setup experience and CPA/ACCA/ICAEW qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund admin or investment accounting.
• CPA/ACCA/ICAEW or related qualification would be a PLUS, not required.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations and accounting standards.
• Fund Set up experience will be a PLUS.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of fund accounting activities, including reconciliations, NAV calculations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for investment funds.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, FRR, and client guidelines.
• Implement process improvements and enhance internal controls.
• Collaborate with fund admin and auditors as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management.
