Aquis Search Limited seeks a Fund Accountant - Professional Services in Hong Kong to join a central fund accounting team. You will handle NAV calculations, financial statements, regulatory reporting and client-facing reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent and 2–3 years' experience in fund accounting or asset servicing, with strong numeracy and stakeholder communication skills.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in fund accounting or asset servicing
• Strong knowledge of NAV calculations and fund administration processes
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain fund accounting records, including NAV calculations and financial statements
• Reconcile fund bank accounts, investments and balance sheet items
• Process fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions and corporate actions
• Coordinate with custodians, administrators and other service providers
• Monitor fund performance data and ensure consistency across reporting platforms
• Prepare regulatory reports and documentation as required
• Conduct account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Support client reporting materials such as fund factsheets and performance summaries
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of fund accounting processes and controls
