Job summary

China Aircraft Leasing Company Limited (CALC) in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer focused on AI, agentic systems, and automation. You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack apps with Python on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend, while building AI workflows and autonomous agents.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, fluency in English, and a strong foundation in cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and modern AI toolchains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI or a related field.
• 3-5 years of full-stack development and AI system experience; finance industry preferred.
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, React/Next.js.
• Experience building Agentic workflows and RAG systems; familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen.
• Experience deploying scalable apps on AWS/Azure/GCP; CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Fluent English communication and documentation skills.
• PMP or AI certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-stack development and AI systems. Experience gained in Finance industry is preferred;
• Strong full-stack skills (Python, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, React/Next.js) with proven experience in building Agentic workflows and RAG systems;
• Familiar with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face);
• Experienced in deploying scalable apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP (Serverless, Containers/Docker), AI concepts, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing);
• Solid understanding of AI concepts: RAG, embeddings, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning models;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; works well independently and in teams;
• Fluent in English, with strong documentation writing abilities;
• Holders of AI-related certifications and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred;
• Assist and implement group initiative or projects as assigned; and
• Candidates with less relevant experience will be considered as Full Stack Developer.
