Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications (front‑end, back‑end and database) ensuring high performance, scalability and security.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins) integrating unit, integration, and automated test execution, artefact management, security scanning, and deployments to multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists and AI specialists, to define, design, and ship new features and integrate machine learning algorithms.
• Implement AI and Generative AI models into web applications to enhance user experience.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, proposing and implementing improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Participate in project planning sessions to analyse development requirements and provide accurate time estimates.
• Maintain clear documentation of the development process, architecture, and standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI and web development.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years’ experience in web application development with proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular) and back‑end technologies (Node.js, Python).
• Proven experience in integrating Generative AI technologies into web applications, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and understanding of DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Experience in the banking/financial services industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently, willingness to learn and listen.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
