Job summary

China Aircraft Leasing Company Limited (CALC) in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer focused on AI, agentic systems, and automation. You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack apps with Python on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend, while building AI workflows and autonomous agents.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, fluency in English, and a strong foundation in cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and modern AI toolchains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI or a related field.
• 3-5 years of full-stack development and AI system experience; finance industry preferred.
• Strong experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, React/Next.js.
• Experience building Agentic workflows and RAG systems; familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen.
• Experience deploying scalable apps on AWS/Azure/GCP; CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Fluent English communication and documentation skills.
• PMP or AI certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically as required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (backend in Python, frontend in React/Next.js/Vue.js).
• Build AI workflows and multi-agent systems that perform autonomous actions.
• Develop and integrate RAG systems and AI pipelines, managing vector databases and context windows.
• Deploy and manage scalable cloud applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using serverless or container-based architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices for reliable software delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks and technologies.
• Perform ad hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company.
