Job summary

Continuous Technologies International Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled full‑stack developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js on the frontend and Go on the backend.

You will optimize complex SQL queries, design schemas, and ensure data consistency across systems while contributing to architectural improvements and deployments. Strong code quality discipline and knowledge of cloud environments are required.

Qualifications

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Go (backend). This role involves full-stack development across frontend and backend systems, with a focus on database optimization, system architecture, and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Go (backend)
• Write complex, highly optimized SQL queries, design database schemas, and ensure data consistency across systems
• Propose architectural improvements and system integrations to meet evolving business demands
• Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and troubleshoot production issues across the full stack
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and technical manuals to support knowledge transfer and maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong ability to analyse business workflows and translate them into technical solutions
• Advanced proficiency in writing and tuning complex SQL queries; solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Proven commercial experience with React.js (Hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
• Solid experience with Go (Golang), including concurrency, error handling, and API development
• Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (PR reviews, branching strategies)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker (preferred)
• Practical knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other public cloud environments (AWS/GCP) (preferred)
• Understanding of microservices architecture, service discovery, and event-driven communication (preferred)
• Familiarity with automated build and deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps) (preferred)
