Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an FP&A professional in Hong Kong or Singapore to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for Asia Pacific. You will partner with senior management and department heads to drive reporting, variance analysis and insights that influence strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in FP&A, a finance-related degree, and strong modeling, ERP/HFM skills. Visa/work rights in HK or SG are required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years FP&A or Financial Analyst experience with budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and statement analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and ERP/HFM. BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to present complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare budget guidelines, assumptions and templates.
• Review budget proposals, identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor budget performance and explain deviations.
• Support the Finance Director AP in reporting.
• Coordinate monthly management accounts and present reports.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Perform budget vs actual and variance analysis.
• Monitor liquidity and other financial ratios; provide recommendations.
• Drive Capex process with tracking and variance analysis.
• Support cash flow management.
• Develop relationships with senior management across AP.
• Undertake ad hoc responsibilities.
