Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning. You will develop financial models, analyze labor costs, and partner with HR to optimize workforce spend.

The role requires 8–12 years in FP&A with leadership experience, and travel to China is expected. A strong ERP/FP&A systems background and a track record of driving cost efficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–12 years in FP&A, finance business partnering, or management reporting.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior business partnering role.
• Experience in listed companies, multinationals, or large manufacturers is preferred.
• Experience with FP&A systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Frequent travel to China required.

• Ensure compliance with policies, financial controls, and budget governance.
• Support audits and promote financial discipline and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Management Reporting, or Financial Controlling.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior business partnering role.
• Experience in listed companies, multinational corporations, or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Tableau, or other FP&A systems is an advantage.
• Experience leading cost optimization initiatives and exposure to CAPEX evaluation and project analysis are highly desirable.
• Frequent travel to China is required.
