Job summary

Everlink HR Consulting Limited seeks an Fleet & Vessel / Operation Performance Manager to optimize vessel operations through data-driven insights and BI analytics. You will analyze performance, identify fuel-efficiency opportunities, and lead deployment of performance tools for clients.

You will collaborate with clients across functions, present findings, and guide pilots and proof-of-concept studies while integrating AI-assisted workflows to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Technology, or other relevant disciplines.
• Solid understanding of vessel operations, maritime performance analysis, fuel consumption management, emissions reduction, or environmental regulations.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
• Comfortable working with data analytics platforms, digital solutions, and emerging maritime technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to interact professionally with clients and senior management.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, and similar generative AI applications to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vessel operational performance and identify opportunities to improve fuel efficiency, voyage optimization, and overall fleet performance.
• Utilize advanced BI platforms and analytical tools to process large datasets from multiple maritime data sources.
• Conduct in-depth performance assessments, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize vessel operations.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations through reports, client meetings, and technical workshops.
• Support the implementation of vessel performance monitoring solutions and provide training to end users and clients.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand business needs and provide enhancement recommendations for software products and services.
• Lead client projects, ensuring successful deployment of performance management tools and operational best practices.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of fleet performance services, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
• Execute proof-of-concept studies, performance trials, and pilot projects for prospective customers and existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales teams by delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and performance evaluations to support business development activities.
