Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong seeks an operations professional to manage day-to-day BAU for fixed income products, with focus on bonds and repos/reverse repos. You will support the full trade lifecycle—trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and exception management—while ensuring accuracy and adherence to cut-off times.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations and Treasury to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed income operations and trade lifecycle processes is preferred.
• Ability to monitor settlements and investigate breaks or mismatches.
• Strong coordination skills with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations and Treasury.
• Attention to process controls and ability to identify and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day BAU operations for fixed income products, particularly bonds and repos/reverse repos.
• Support the full trade lifecycle including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation and exception management.
• Monitor settlement status and investigate failed/unmatched trades, cash and position breaks.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Treasury and other internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Manage coupon/interest payments, maturity/redemption events and other bond-related lifecycle events.
• Support repo lifecycle activities including settlement, maturity and related operational processing.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within agreed operational cut-offs.
• Identify recurring BAU issues and support process improvements and controls.
