Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a Senior Finance Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end system implementation initiatives. You will drive planning, design, testing, deployment and stabilization of finance system solutions, coordinating with multiple countries and business units to standardize processes.

You will act as the finance representative, developing global templates, roadmaps, and ensuring robust controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject.
• CPA qualification is a plus.
• 10+ years of finance project experience in SAP / Oracle / Sun systems.
• Big4 audit background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end owner for the system implementation.

The Role

• As the end-to-end project owner for the system implementation
• Lead the planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment and stabilization of system solutions
• Being the finance representative to drive process standardization and global template development across multiple countries and business units.
• Setup the roadmaps and project plans and monitor the project lifecycle
• Ensure all business control ands and compliance requirement are up to standard
• Support finance leadership with reporting transformation initiatives
• Manage system integration and work closely with other departments including external vendors for ongoing projects

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
• CPA qualified is a plus
• 10+ years of finance project experience in SAP / Oracle / Sun system
• With Big4 audit background is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
