Job summary

Chief Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager - Finance & Accounting to oversee daily P&L, regulatory reporting, and the balance sheet for equity derivatives, including TRS and options. You will lead month-end close, support consolidations, FRR reporting, and collaborate with front office and external auditors.

A CPA and 5+ years in financial reporting are required, with strong HKFRS/IFRS knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; 5+ years in financial reporting.
• CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, TRS, and options.
• Solid understanding of HKFRS/IFRS and FRR rules.
• Big4 experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily P&L, balance sheet, and regulatory reporting for equity derivatives.
• Lead month-end close, consolidations and FRR reporting.
• Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of equity derivatives products (including TRS and options).
• Coordinate with auditors and tax representatives.
• Provide insights for senior management; mentor team members.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls.
