Job summary

Sanderson-iKas, a leading financial market infrastructure and technology partner, seeks a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead its data transformation program. You will drive large-scale analytics initiatives, align requirements with strategy and risk, and shape governance and data management practices across the enterprise.

The role requires strong SDLC/Agile expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage vendors and complex technology programmes in a financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 6+ years in data platforms, analytics or IT delivery, preferably in financial services.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams on complex programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and governance practices.
• Experience with data architecture, modelling, analytics platforms and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale data and analytics programmes from planning to rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements.
• Lead governance activities: timelines, budgets, resources, risks.
• Enhance data governance, metadata, lineage, quality monitoring, access.
• Work with data engineering/architecture for scalable solutions.
• Manage external vendors/partners through project lifecycles.
• Advocate cloud-native/open-source data solutions across the enterprise.
• Apply Agile and traditional delivery methods to complex initiatives.
• Evolve enterprise data platforms and data management practices.
