Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Data Business Analyst to support a large-scale Finance Transformation programme. The role involves implementing a new group-approved data structure, replacing legacy MI reporting platforms, and delivering a new MI reporting solution.

You will gather requirements across Finance stakeholders, map data, and ensure data quality and governance throughout implementation, engaging senior stakeholders with regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience delivering data-related systems, reporting platforms, or MI solutions.
• Strong data analysis, data mapping, and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business, data, and reporting requirements across Finance stakeholders.
• Support implementation of a new data structure designed by external partners.
• Conduct data mapping, data lineage, and gap analysis for migration and adoption.
• Drive transition from legacy MI reporting platforms to a new reporting solution.
• Produce business requirements, functional specs, and data dictionaries.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, and defect management.
