Job summary

OKX, part of OKG, seeks a Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO to drive finance digitalization, AI transformation, and data-driven decision support. You will collaborate with finance, data, product, and engineering teams, delivering scalable processes and reliable BI for leadership.

You will own end-to-end programs, build data products, ensure internal controls, and lead high-impact initiatives across ERP, finance platforms, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, finance digitalization, BI, or similar roles.
• Understanding of finance operations, controls, and auditability.
• Ability to define metrics, analyze performance, and present findings to management.
• Experience designing/integrating ERP, BI, or automation platforms.
• Strong cross-functional PM skills and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of AI/LLMs in finance and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation programs end-to-end with clear roadmaps.
• Own financial BI and decision support with unified metrics and dashboards.
• Turn data into actionable insights for management and teams.
• Design finance solutions and automate processes across systems.
• Strengthen data quality, reconciliation, and data lineage.
• Land AI/agent applications in finance with proper controls.
