Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO to join the Intelligence & Performance team. This role drives finance digitalization, AI transformation, and data-driven decision support across finance, business, product, data, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles.
• Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit.
• Strong data analysis capability; independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool.
• Experience designing solutions and building/integrating/optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems.
• Strong cross-functional project management to align stakeholders and drive complex problems.
• Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems and AI in finance.
• Independent thinking with high ownership and bias toward action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance transformation programs end to end: roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria.
• Own financial BI and decision support: build a unified metrics framework with dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget, cash flow, and efficiency.
• Turn data into action: explain business changes and anomalies, identify opportunities, and work with teams to execute results.
• Design finance solutions and automate processes: map processes, data models, and specs; drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Improve data quality and control: strengthen reconciliation, data lineage, and traceability.
• Land AI and agent applications in Finance: identify high-value use cases, take from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams.
• Build compliance and internal control foundations: drive SOX ITGC/ITAC, embed controls into processes, data flows, and access management.
• Keep leadership informed: provide executives with progress, risks, and alignment across teams.
