Job summary

cncbinternational in Hong Kong is seeking a senior project lead to own end-to-end FCC system projects, from design through post-implementation review, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust controls.

You will drive testing, UAT, and risk mitigation, collaborate with FCC, ITG and stakeholders, and optimize processes to reduce false positives while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Law, Business Administration, Statistics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years' solid experience in banking industry or financial services is preferred.
• Prior experience in project management and FCC system tuning or platform upgrades is an advantage.
• Highly proficient in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and testing validation.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FCC projects from design to post-implementation review.
• Drive enhancements for transaction monitoring and screening systems.
• Manage UAT lifecycle and ensure traceability of requirements and tests.
• Ensure deployments follow regulatory standards and risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Translate compliance needs into robust technical specifications with ITG and stakeholders.
• Oversee defect triage during testing and minimize operational risks.
• Maintain audit-ready project docs and UAT logs for reviewers.
• Promote agile, data-driven transformation within CCG.
