Job summary

ST Engineering Infa Systems Limited is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of PABX, IP telephony and unified communications projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee schedules, budgets and resources, and coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.

You''ll manage site works, FAT/SAT/UAT, change control, and project documentation, while maintaining rigorous risk management and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electronic/Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–8+ years of project management experience in PABX/IP telephony or UC projects.
• Experience in hospital and government projects is highly preferred.
• Familiar with PABX platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, NEC, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei) and SIP trunking/VoIP.
• Knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Visio drawings.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Good Cantonese and English (Mandarin an advantage).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects independently.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of PABX/IP telephony/UC projects, including implementation, migration, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan and control project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, telcos, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Lead project meetings and oversee issue resolution, risk management, and change control.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and project documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate site works, conduct FAT/SAT/UAT, and manage system handover to clients.
