Job summary

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking an experienced FCC project manager in Hong Kong to lead end-to-end projects from design through post-implementation review. You will drive enhancements to transaction monitoring, ensure regulatory alignment, and manage the UAT lifecycle with key ITG and business stakeholders.

The role requires 6+ years in banking or financial services, strong SQL and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to communicate across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Law, Business Administration or Statistics.
• 6 years’ solid banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience with FCC systems tuning, performance improvement or upgrades is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and testing.
• Strong written/spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently execute end-to-end FCC projects from design to post-implementation review.
• Drive continuous enhancements for transaction monitoring and screening systems.
• Serve as FCC representative for end-to-end UAT lifecycle management.
• Ensure deployments align with regulatory standards and risk controls.
• Translate compliance needs into robust technical specifications for ITG and stakeholders.
• Oversee defect triaging during testing and mitigate operational risks.
• Identify bottlenecks to reduce false positives while maintaining controls.
• Maintain audit-ready project docs, BRs and UAT logs for reviewers.
• Promote agile, data-driven transformation across CCG.
