Job summary

Dragon Wisdom Asia Pacific Limited is seeking a Facility Supervisor/Senior Facility Officer to oversee daily building operations in Hong Kong. You will manage maintenance, coordinate service providers, and ensure safety and compliance while guiding junior technical staff.

The role requires a higher diploma or degree in building services or facilities management and at least five years of supervisory experience; knowledge of property management is a plus. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or degree in Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management.
• At least 5 years in building services with supervisory experience.
• Experience in property management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safety and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily facility operations, maintenance and repair works
• Oversee building services systems, including electrical, HVAC, fire services, plumbing and drainage
• Manage contractors and service providers, conduct regular inspections and support safety, environmental and statutory compliance requirements
• Execute corrective and planned maintenance of building facilities, building services equipment and systems
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
• Supervise frontline technical staff on work allocation, assigning tasks, repairing and maintenance work
• Attendingmeeting with clients andemergency calls after normal working hours are necessary
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
