Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven supervisory experience overseeing technicians and contractors.
• Strong fault finding, troubleshooting and emergency-response skills.
• Clear written maintenance records and good communication abilities.
• Fluent Cantonese and working English required; rostered shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations across the Academy during shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance works and responsive technical issue handling.
• Manage outsourced technician team, shift coverage and quality.
• Monitor building services systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire services.
• Lead contractors to complete works safely and to standard.
• Respond to faults and emergencies, prioritising service restoration.
• Coordinate access with operating departments to minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and shift handovers.
• Support safety compliance, energy conservation and improvements.
