Job summary

Hudson Highland Limited, a well-established asset manager with a global ETF footprint, is building out its Hong Kong distribution team. This manager-grade, client-facing role covers offshore Chinese financial institutions as well as local and global asset managers across ETF and active fund ranges.

You will drive ETF flows, present market and product commentary, collaborate with product and research, and feed client feedback into launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETF sales or asset management distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ETF markets and active strategies.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (all three).

Responsibilities

• Drive ETF flows across offshore Chinese FIs, plus local and global asset managers and intermediaries via roadshows, meetings and webinars.
• Deliver market and product commentary to clients, including training sessions with partners.
• Cross-sell the active fund lineup alongside the ETF suite with product, PM and research teams.
• Feed client feedback into new product launches.
