Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced ETF Sales professional to strengthen distribution and expand market coverage. The role focuses on ETF distribution across private banks, brokerages, insurance companies, family offices, and institutional investors.

You will work with Product Development, Investment, and Marketing to support launches; manage pipelines, educate clients on ETF strategies, and represent the firm at conferences and client events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of ETF sales, business development, institutional sales, or asset management distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ETFs, index methodologies, liquidity, market structure, and portfolio construction.
• Proven track record in building distribution networks and driving asset gathering across institutional, intermediary, and wealth management channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsabilités

• Lead ETF distribution and business development across key client segments, including private banks, brokerages, insurance companies, family offices, and institutional investors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ETF asset growth, increase market penetration, and achieve business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the ETF client base and strengthen market presence.
• Partner with Product Development, Investment, and Marketing teams to support ETF launches and enhance product commercialization efforts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, institutional investors, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, roadshows, client events, webinars, and promotional activities.
