Job summary

Hudson Highland Limited is seeking an ETF Sales Manager in Hong Kong to cover Institutional and Intermediary channels. The role spans offshore Chinese FIs, local and global asset managers, and both ETF and active fund platforms.

You will drive flows, deliver market commentary, and collaborate with product, PM and research teams. The candidate should bring 3–5 years in ETF sales or asset-management distribution, strong ETF knowledge, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in ETF sales or asset management distribution.
• Solid grasp of ETFs and markets; able to discuss active strategies too.
• Trilingual English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Degree in finance, economics or related field; Bloomberg fluency and Excel/PowerPoint are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive ETF flows across offshore Chinese FIs and local/global asset managers via roadshows and meetings.
• Deliver market and product commentary to clients, including training sessions with distribution partners.
• Cross-sell wider active fund line-up alongside the ETF suite with product, portfolio management and research.
• Feed client feedback into new product launches and carry insights back to the business.
