Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking an experienced Product Development professional to drive end-to-end lifecycle management for leveraged product and commodity ETF offerings.

You will align product strategies with business objectives across Hong Kong, regional, and international markets, coordinating with Investment, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to ensure timely launches and ongoing product management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related discipline.
• Approximately 7–10+ years of relevant asset management experience with product development and product management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Product Development to drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing management.
• Develop and implement product strategies across Hong Kong, regional, and international markets.
• Lead product development initiatives with stakeholders across Investment, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and external providers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve product competitiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend product enhancements, including new share classes and fund restructurings.
• Review and optimize workflows for efficiency and readiness for launches or enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support governance and management of the firm's product range to ensure regulatory compliance.
