Job Description

Our Client is a one of the Market Leader in the construction and engineering industry. You will work closely with Tendering and QS department to provide full spectrum of QS functions to the company.

Job Duties

• Responsible for handling pre and post contract stages, including tender analysis, preparing pricing document of tender, subletting, valuation of variation, final account settlement etc.
• Assist Senior QS to function inिष्ठ project control, including but not limited to formulate project budget cost planning, project cash flow forecast, monitoring of project expense and etc.;
• Assist project team to handle contractual related issues and payment certifications;
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project claims issues;
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontractors payments, etc.;
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid QS experience
• Experienced handled private residential or hotel building projects
• Experience in valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors accounts;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
