Assist Tendering Manager to send out price enquiries and prepare prelimiary price comparison after quotation are received;
Quantities tasks for BQ/ Schedule of Rates preparation;
Study tender documents, prepare checklist and documents for submission;
Job Requirements:
Degree in QS/Civil/Building/CPM;
Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating;
15+ years of hands‑on site experience, with strong expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS) and subletting management;
NEC4 experience, Excel and knowledge in SMM and measurement
Immediate availability is preferred;
