Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Quotation Executive to handle workload calculation and cost estimation for smart construction site software, hardware and related services, and to prepare quotation proposals aligned with project requirements.

You will liaise with site personnel to conduct quotation verification, engineering quantity and account reconciliation, and you will manage daily administrative work including sorting, categorizing and archiving of

Qualifications

• Hold a High Diploma or above in Engineering Cost or related disciplines.
• Familiar with project quotation and quantity calculation; experience in smart construction sites is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with a responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for workload calculation and cost estimation of smart construction site software, hardware and services.
• Prepare quotation proposals in accordance with project requirements and verify quotations with site personnel.
• Manage daily administrative work including sorting, categorizing and archiving quotation sheets and bidding documents.

Job description

Responsible for the workload calculation and cost estimation of smart construction site software, hardware and supporting services, and prepare quotation proposals in accordance with project requirements.

Liaise with construction site personnel to conduct quotation verification, engineering quantity and account reconciliation, and handle project inquiries and clarification matters.

Manage daily administrative work including sorting, categorizing and archiving of quotation sheets, bidding documents and other relevant project files.

Requirements:

Hold a High Diploma or above, major in Engineering Cost, Business Management or related disciplines is preferred.

Familiar with project quotation and engineering quantity calculation; relevant commercial working experience in smart construction sites, engineering software and hardware projects is preferred.

Possess good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with meticulous working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and good pressure resistance.
