Yonyou Hong Kong / 用友香港 is seeking an experienced ERP consultant to train business partners, map standard ERP functionality to real business needs, and develop tailored solutions. The role emphasizes strategic partnerships and building trusted, long-term relationships with partners across Mandarin and English-speaking teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / CS / CE or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud ERP system implementation (Yonyou/Kingdee/SAP / Oracle / Microsoft/ Sage/Odoo) is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Conduct software training and coaching to business partners.
• Prepare variable solutions for business partners with strong business case.
• Support business partner and proposals development in mapping standard product functionality to business requirements, identifying solution gaps and proposing customization or extensions.
• Engage in strategic partnership formation and build-up.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and act as a trusted advisor on ERP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in cloud ERP system (Yonyou/Kingdee/SAP / Oracle / Microsoft/ Sage/Odoo) implementation is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and logical analysis skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners, and team members.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
