Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, solution architecture, systems engineering, consulting, or related roles.
- Experience engaging with senior IT leaders and supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong solution architecture and technical consulting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand objectives, priorities, and initiatives.
- Design and architect technology solutions aligned with requirements and outcomes.
- Provide pre-sales support including solution design, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal specialists, engineering teams, and partners on integrated solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions and solutioning workshops with customers and stakeholders.
- Support business case development, roadmaps, and TCO analysis.
- Develop technical documentation including solution designs and statements of work.
- Ensure alignment between pre-sales and post-sales delivery teams.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance.
