Job summary

Haitong International Securities Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to compose and consolidate risk analysis reports for Senior Management and to maintain risk databases.

You will communicate with the Parent Company and overseas offices, lead group-level risk projects, and develop Enterprise Risk Management policies, with involvement in ESG and regulator materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Risk Management, Finance or Statistics.
• 5+ years’ experience in risk management, enterprise risk.
• Strong Chinese language skills (Mandarin).
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Compose and consolidate risk analysis reports for Senior Management.
• Regular communication with Parent Company and overseas offices on risk items.
• Daily monitor and maintain risk database.
• Lead and coordinate group-level risk projects with other departments.
• Prepare materials for regulators, external rating agencies, banks or regulators.
• Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures.
• Participate on ad hoc projects as assigned, e.g. ESG.
