Job summary

FortisHill Consulting is seeking an experienced Network Team Lead in Hong Kong to oversee enterprise network operations across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN. You will lead major infrastructure initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high availability and security of the network fabric.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure experience with strong focus on network and security management.
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade network infrastructure and security equipment: Cisco, FortiGate, Huawei.
• Experience with security monitoring and technologies including SIEM, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, Trellix, Skyhigh Security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily network operations across LAN, WAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN to ensure stable, secure service delivery.
• Lead response to major network incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage full lifecycle of on-premises network infrastructure: deployment, maintenance, upgrades.
• Enforce network security policies and governance; coordinate with cybersecurity teams.
• Support internal/external audits; maintain network documentation and governance practices.
• Lead multiple network infrastructure projects including office relocation and integration.
