Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager, Network Infrastructure in Hong Kong to design, enhance and operate an enterprise network. You will ensure reliable, secure connectivity while engaging with business stakeholders, users, vendors and contractors.

The role requires 6+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in networking, hands-on expertise in enterprise Wi‑Fi, routing, switching, and security, and strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 6+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in networking.
• Hands-on design, planning, implementation and upgrades of network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and upgrade network infrastructure.
• Manage wired and wireless networks including Wi‑Fi, routers, switches and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor capacity, availability and performance; propose improvements.
• Translate technical requirements into business language for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers on design, implementation and delivery.
• Maintain network policies, security controls and documentation.
• Support security monitoring and tools such as firewalls and SIEM.
• Participate in upgrades, integration and operational improvement projects.
