Job summary

Vita Green seeks a Senior Engineer to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing utilities, including purified water systems, effluent treatment, and compressed air. The role emphasizes GMP compliance and maintenance leadership within a health and wellness product environment.

The candidate should have a degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years in pharma/food manufacturing or building maintenance, plus hands-on experience with cleanrooms and documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries or building maintenance duties.
• Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments, compressed air systems, and purified water systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee generation and distribution of utilities (purified water, effluent treatment, compressed air) to ensure GMP-compliant efficiency.
• Ensure equipment and spare parts align with GMP requirements with documentation, validation, and QA protocols.
• Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for smooth system operation.
• Conduct regular system checks and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Support ALC project as required by business needs.
