Smith in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Electronics Sales Manager to lead strategic sales plans and identify new clients across China and Southeast Asia. The role requires 5+ years in electronics sales, strong negotiation, and bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.

You will drive high-volume outreach, build enduring client relationships, and collaborate with multiple offices to stay ahead in the market, with uncapped commissions and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years’ experience in electronics sales across trading, franchise, distribution, or manufacturing sectors
• Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
• Identify and engage with potential clients in China and Southeast Asia
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients for long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices to fulfill client needs
• Stay up to date with electronics technology to communicate product features effectively
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
• Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
