Job summary

A reputable trading company in Hong Kong seeks a candidate for product development support, cost analysis, and customer coordination on a global scale. The role focuses on managing orders from development to finished goods, liaising with overseas customers and factories, and preparing quotations.

The ideal candidate has a degree or higher diploma in Marketing or Engineering, with 4+ years in electronics. English is essential; Mandarin is a plus. Immediate availability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years or above relevant working experience in electronic products.
• Experience in product development and cost calculation & analysis.
• Prior exposure in manufacturing company would be a great advantage.
• Experience in small electrical appliances would also be considered.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the orders from product development to finished goods
• Coordinate with overseas customers and factories on sales order processing
• Responsible for handling cost analysis & calculation and preparing quotation
• Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers on development process
• Keep track of the production status with factories to meet customers’ requirements
