Job summary

Chicony Power Technology Hong Kong Limited is seeking experienced engineers for MEP design, supervision, and project delivery in Kowloon Bay. The role involves design & tendering for A&A, fittings-out, and renovation projects, with focus on MVAC, ELV, and BMS systems.

We welcome fresh graduates and offer learning and development opportunities. You will oversee mechanical systems, manage a team of engineers and technicians, and contribute to energy optimization and smart building initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in EE/ME/BSE or equivalent.
• 4 years' site experience with supervisory positions.
• Registered Electrical Worker preferred.
• Experience in MVAC/ELV/BMS design and planning.
• Experience with project management and tendering.
• Strong design and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and maintenance of all mechanical systems.
• Manage a team of duty engineers and technicians.
• Lead design & tendering for A&A, fitting-out, and renovation projects.
• Participate in project management and coordination with contractors.
• Support energy optimization and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with ICT/IoT/building technology teams for smart office solutions.
