Senko Advanced Components (HK) Ltd seeks an experienced professional to lead ELV/MEP design and on-site supervision for chiller plants and building services at Harbour City. The role requires a degree in EE/ME/BSE and several years of site experience, with familiarity in MVAC, ELV, and BMS design.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, coordinating contractors, and contributing to project management on construction sites and office environments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with chiller plants is a plus.
• Registered Electrical Worker is preferred.

• Proven experience in MEP design on a variety of projects, sectors & values
• Proven experience with design stage guides (RIBA plan of work, BSRIA Guide BG6)
• Degree holder in EE/ME/BSE or equivalent
• 4 years' site experience with some experience in supervisory positions
• Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Registered Electrical Worker is preferred
