A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Engineer specializing in Electrical, HVAC, and Fire Services in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of engineering works, conducting feasibility studies, and project management. Applicants should hold a degree in Engineering and prefer Chartered Engineers. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, with experience in large-scale projects being advantageous. Responsibilities:

• Design of building engineering works (Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical, MVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Services, Fire Engineering)
• Conduct technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering
• Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers
• Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports
• Project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered Engineer is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Experience in managing large-scale building/infrastructure/healthcare/overseas related projects would be an advantage
