Job summary

Grove Education Limited seeks a proactive Education Counsellor to guide students and families through overseas and Hong Kong education paths. You will provide personalised advice, manage applications and foster strong relations with students, parents and partners.

Overseas university graduates are preferred; strong knowledge of US/UK/Australia/HK systems and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) are essential.

Qualifications

• Overseas university graduates (UK/US preferred); boarding school experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of local and overseas education systems; US/UK/Australia/HK exposure a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience; Senior role requires 4+ years and independent case management.
• Familiar with university application procedures and timelines.
• Experience using CRM systems; proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling for overseas and HK education pathways and manage end-to-end student applications.
• Handle client enquiries via in person meetings, telephone, email and social media messaging.
• Prepare and advise on student's portfolio, including academic and extracurricular planning (SCA/ECA).
• Coordinate with schools/colleges representatives to follow up on application progress and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through proactive follow-ups.
• Participate in marketing activities, including exhibitions, seminars and preparation of marketing materials/content.
• Support ad-hoc business projects as required.
