Job summary

Sa Sa Dot Com Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Marketing and eCommerce support professional to liaise with internal and external parties and help execute digital campaigns for sasa.com. You will contribute to social media, eDMs, affiliate programmes, and daily e-commerce operations including frontend maintenance, inventory review and reporting.

The role requires good English and Chinese and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, eCommerce, or related disciplines.
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
• Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external parties on execution of digital campaigns and projects for our official HK Site in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the execution of various e-commerce initiatives including social media, eDM, affiliate programme, etc.;
• End to end follow and response to daily e-commerce operation including frontend maintenance, inventory review & reporting etc;
• Assist supervisor on all regular and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

1 year or above relevant experience in e-commerce / digital marketing on B2C online channels;

Strong sense of cosmetics brands;

Detailed oriented, ability to multi-tasks under pressure and deliver on schedule;

Self-motivated, well organized, efficient and ability to work independently;

Proficiency in MS Office;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
