Job summary

Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Supply Chain professional to monitor stock levels, optimize inventory turns, and align demand and supply forecasts with the sales team.

You will manage vendors, ensure on-time delivery, oversee phase in/out, coordinate order processing, and monitor logistics costs. A degree in business with at least 5 years in supply chain, plus fluency in English and Chinese, is required; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG/beauty or related retail sectors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock level and optimize inventory turns.
• Analyze product performance and align with sales to prepare demand/supply forecasts.
• Manage vendors to ensure stable, sufficient supply and on-time delivery.
• Oversee phase in/out to minimize excess stock.
• Coordinate with teams for order processing and order management.

• Liaise with internal and external parties to align on demand forecasts and orders.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required by supervisor.

Properly manage products’ phase in and phase out to minimize excess stock

Coordinate with different teams for order processing and order management

Responsible for inventory, production and logistics cost monitoring

Liaise with internal and external parties to get alignment on demand forecast and order placement

Assist in ad hoc duties as required by supervisor

Requirements

Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 5 years in supply chain management

Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must

Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage

Experience in SAP system is an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supply Chain Executive
