Sa Sa Cosmetic Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Project Lead to drive end-to-end corporate initiatives, policy rollouts, and promotional strategies within budget and scope. You will work with cross-functional teams to define objectives, create detailed plans, and monitor progress with dashboards and KPIs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in project management.
• Experience in driving transformation programmes or major projects with multiple stakeholders is a major advantage.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytic skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
• A quick learner with the ability to work independently, self-motivated and attentive to details.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management and coordination for corporate initiatives, including policy/system rollouts, and promotional tactic and strategy, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business strategy.
• Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency strategies.
• Monitor project progress using data-driven tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Analyse retail performance data (sales, footfall, conversion rates, inventory turnover) to support project decision-making and post-project evaluation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards across all project executions.
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, resolving issues and aligning priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, capture learnings, and recommend future improvements.
