Job summary

Tak Shing Investment Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Building Services Engineer to manage and coordinate daily MEP building operations while ensuring statutory compliance. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate with contractors, and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions.

The role requires 3–4 years of MEP experience, knowledge of local systems, and strong organizational and communication skills to liaise with property management and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant MEP building operations experience.
• Sound knowledge of local MEP systems and statutory compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP operations and liaise between supervisors and management.
• Coordinate work with contractors inside the building.
• Review and manage technical documentation and reports.
• Address issues raised by Property/Management Office.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and external teams for MEP works.
• Conduct regular BS inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with HK statutory requirements and codes.
• Assist in preparing documentation for statutory submissions and inspections.
