Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience within insurance, wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with HNW, wealth management, private banking, or sophisticated insurance solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience in complex, regulated environments and engaging with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning Group Wealth priorities with LBUs.
• Drive collaboration across Wealth and LBU stakeholder groups to support growth.
• Partner with executive teams to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support strategic decisions.
• Provide leadership in the governance framework for HNW activities within LBUs.
• Ensure access to insights on performance, risk, customer outcomes and financial implications.
• Facilitate LBU HNW Oversight Forum with executive alignment and effective decision-making.
