Job summary

Prudential plc seeks a senior executive to lead Wealth strategic finance and product initiatives across the Group, including Bermuda and international HNW products. You will drive financial performance, pricing, and portfolio optimization while coordinating with local business units and strategic partners.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-market insurance/wealth platforms, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming financial governance and product economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in product and/or finance leadership within insurance, wealth management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, solvency requirements and international frameworks.
• Proven track record in product development, pricing, strategic finance and portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wealth financial strategy and long-term value creation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for Wealth platform.
• Define KPIs and provide decision support to CEO and Boards.
• Oversee end-to-end HNW product lifecycle including pricing and market differentiation.
• Lead governance for pricing and product economics across Wealth initiatives.
• Collaborate with LBUs and external partners to align local needs with global strategy.
