Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director/Senior Director in Wealth Business Management & Integration to lead and strengthen collaboration between Group Wealth and Local Business Units. You will report to the Group Wealth Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and act as a senior strategic adviser to align HNW objectives, governance requirements, and enterprise priorities for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Experience with High Net Worth (HNW) wealth management or private banking is highly desirable.
Experience in complex, regulated environments with senior stakeholders.
Ability to connect commercial objectives with governance requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning Group Wealth priorities with LBUs.
Drive collaboration across Wealth and LBU stakeholder groups for sustainable growth.
Partner with executive teams to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
Provide leadership in the governance framework for HNW activities within LBUs.
Ensure stakeholders have insights on performance, risk, customers and financial implications.
Facilitate HNW Oversight Forum and drive executive alignment on priorities.
Provide objective assessment of opportunities and risks, escalating when needed.
Synthesise information to identify trends and management needs.
Offer actionable insights on business developments and strategic opportunities.
